ALEx RS
Bilateral upper-limb exoskeleton with virtual reality.
Which patients
Acute and chronic stroke · Orthopaedic and post- surgical shoulder and arm rehab
About the device
Upper-limb rehabilitation station with a bilateral exoskeleton — the first in this configuration — and virtual reality. It detects the patient's movement intention and assists only as needed, from acute to chronic stroke.
Every session is logged: ranges reached, assistance used and progression against previous ones. The therapist defines the exercise and the level of help; the exoskeleton only steps in when the patient's intention is not enough.
What it includes
- Bilateral: one arm, the other, or both at once
- 6 degrees of freedom per arm and 92% of the natural workspace
- Assistance-as-needed, driven by patient intention
- Record & Play, mirror mode and virtual-reality exercises
- No calibration: switch on and work · Patients 1.50–1.90 m, up to 130 kg
- Ranges and assistance logged every session
Why with Rebiotex
- High-dose intensive therapy with one supervising clinician
- Mirror mode uses the sound arm to guide the affected one
- Virtual reality keeps patients motivated session after session
Sessions of hundreds of reaching repetitions with game dynamics: the patient doesn't count reps — they play.

Would it fit your centre?
A twenty-minute call is enough: which patients you treat, the space you have and what you want to solve. If it doesn't fit, we'll tell you before you do.
